Day 226 - Great Workout on the Treadmill

I postponed my workout until late afternoon since I had a staff meeting in the morning and then grocery shopping and cleaning house. I really don't like to work out in front of my family (aka - husband) because I feel like I have to be accountable for a hard workout. LOL

So, I jogged two miles non-stop. The next mile I did many sprints at various speeds with walking in between so I can catch my breath!

The last mile I did various inclines for the first half mile, then I jogged the rest to make 4 miles total!

I am sore!!! But a good sore!

I hope I can actually repeat my workout for tomorrow! It was challenging! And I know that once I do start my new position, I will have to workout in the late afternoons to I better get used to it. Hahaha!
