Not much really to report, had a few bad days where I ate with in range but didn't eat healthy foods. Sunday I ran/walked a 14 minute mile, which is awesome since I usually just walk an 18 minute mile. I was feeling the burn yesterday so I chose to start cleaning my room and threw out my lower back twisting wrong when I fell carrying a box. Feeling better today but I'm taking it a lot easier since my back still hurts. Going to try for at least a half mile walk today, on top of cleaning house. Dinner tonight is chili and boy does it smell so good, I haven't even added all the rest of the ingredients. Just the beans, spices, and tomatoes. Been thinking hard about doing freezer meals and dehydrated canned meals and got to thinking some of our favorite meals can easily be turned vegetarian with just a can of textured vegetable protein. I'm pretty sure I didn't lose any new weight this week but I feel like I lost a few more inches total. Won't know till December 1st. This time I'm being a stickler for measurements in a monthly manner. I don't want the idea of my weigh in's to influence me when I take measurements. Break time is over back to the cleaning grind.
