I havenīt blogged since I started school again! whoops!
Iīm more than halfway through the semester and then only 2 more semesters to go until I graduate!! Time flies!
I have been doing a lot of group fitness glasses and my eating has been OK, not great but ok. It can be kind of hard being healthy in college when you donīt have that much money to spend on healthy foods, but I try!
I have lost 8 lbs since last May, 8 lbs in half a year, maybe not great, but at least the scale is going down! Good things take time.
I started at 163 lbs,
currently at 155 lbs
Goal is 145 lbs!
10 more pounds to go! Hopefully before next summer ;)
