20 minutes on the bike indoors today.
Did it as HIIT* for the extra awesomeness - hadn't done that in a while, so started with a warm-up, then 3 cycles of 1 minute hard-and-fast and 4 minutes easier.
Cold and wet day here, so a good day to get back on the bike indoors!
*HIIT = high intensity interval training - it sounds intimidating and it does kick your butt quite effectively, but you can (and should!) start small/easy and then you will be amazed how quickly you make gains in strength and fitness.
