That is how I use to feel about water before I knew the facts:
WATER, bland, unattractive, no smell, no taste, bleck ! Water?!
I. Why water?

B. How Much Water Should We Drink?
1. drink water before,
2. during, and
3. after a meal to aid digestion and speed weight loss from the water.
II. Drink cold water to speed your metabolism and it's reported that an 8 ounce glass of water will burn 25 calories if it's cold!
III. Myth: You will retain fluids and bloat up if you drink water! !!!WRONG!!
YOU MAY RETAIN FLUID IF YOU DRINK CAFFIENE. So if you drink caffeine,
A DIUREXTUC, PLEASE, drink more water. *Diuretics include coffee, tea, soda and alcohol.
A. cleans our palate
B. our kidneys
C. and therefore our blood
D. it helps us to digest our food properly
E. it washes away toxins that are caused by burning calories
F. flushes out the junk from our body as we diet
VI. Most importantly, if we drink enough of it, we will hit BREAKTHROUGH which means nothing will satisfy our thirst like WATER!
VII. Water will make our skin glow once we hit the breakthrough! Normally, that takes about 48 hours of drinking 64 ounces of water in each 24 hour period.
VIII. I have been told if you are overweight, and in doubt, drink more water!
IX. Oh and that is another reason to drink Water: MAKES US FILL FULLER.
XII. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE BECOME DEHYDRATED
WHEN WE ARE DEHYDRATED WE WILL SLOW DONE ON THE FAT BURNNG.
B. Dehydration reduces our blood volume;
1. Less blood volume causes reduces the supply of oxygen to your muscles;
2. A loss of oxygen in our muscles will cause us to experience a loss of energy.
XII. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ARE HYDRATED
A. water helps us to keep muscle tone by helping our muscles to contract, and
B. water lubricates our joints. Proper hydration can help reduce muscle and joint soreness when exercising.
XII. A healthy weight loss diet includes
B. fiber without water may cause constipation instead of elimination
There is talk in the weight loss community about how water raises energy levels.
Too technical for me, but I think if you digestive track is working, then it goes to say you will have more energy.
