I posted my goals for the week yesterday and I am checking in with how my day went...
As soon as I got up, I put on my workout clothes. Then I had my coffee/quiet time and a little computer time. I had my workout DVD all ready to go last night and told myself I had to start my workout no later than 7. My hubby stayed home sick today, so I knew he would be a distraction, but I made myself go into the other room and do my workout. It was kind of tough, but I pushed through it~only 27 minutes, so very doable.
It was foggy this morning, so I didn't want to walk to work. I did manage to get in one short walk during the day, but it was very busy and I ate lunch at my desk and didn't move as much as I wanted. I had packed my lunch last night, so easy to stick to my plan. I had packed a couple of snacks, but wasn't hungry for them.
Dinner was pretty much ready to go when I got home thanks to the crockpot~my favorite appliance on work days! There are even left-overs for lunch tomorrow. After dinner, hubby and I went to our first ballroom dance class. It was so fun! I ended up getting in more steps, too :)
So here's the recap:
1. Do a workout in the morning before work~YES

3. 5,000 steps daily (at least)~YES (7737 steps)
4. Track food~YES (1198 cals)
