Vision for end of BLC 23

Assignment: VISUALIZE yourself at the end of BLC23 describe your “vision” in a blog...

Not good at blogging but here goes...

Since the end of BLC-23 is only about a month away, I am hoping to lose about 1 pound per week so I would be about 5 pounds lighter than I am today. Because that seems such a small amount of weight, I don't think I will be down a dress size but I might be down a couple of inches.

I hope to have a consistent plan in place for eating and exercise. Currently I exercise at least twice per week while at PT but I'm not good about getting it in on the other days and I want that to change. I would like to start doing 10 minutes per day 5 days per week. I am meeting with a dietician in December so I'm hoping to get some help tweaking my eating - or at least get some motivation to tweak my eating. It seems that I stay in range about every other day right now, but even on days when I'm in range, I don't always make the best choices.

I am struggling right now with stress (trying to balance my life - work, home, church and spark). It is also discouraging that our team has lost so many great people due to very valid reasons. I'm sad that they can't continue but I totally understand when life just doesn't cooperate. I hope that all of those that we have lost will continue on their journey and remember their BLC home - that we'll still be here when they feel that they are able to come back. So my vision is that we'd all be together again but it may be further in the future... :-)
