Today was a good day. An early walk/run with the kids, some extra cardio, a play date with a friend and a nice dinner out with one of my favorite Veterans. It should be a good week, only 4 days and I'm already scheduled to work all of them.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat well and track food
-30 day shred L2 +boot camp video +10 min cardio
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10

  Glad you had a good day. tomorrow should be a good day too! It will be for us as we welcome our fifth grandchild.
