Last week's wrap up - I met my upper body goal as well as my pilates goal however I did not meet my stationary bike goal of three days but I rode two so I am making progress. And my other non-scale victory was that I brushed my teeth after dinner and avoided binging on dessert!
This week's goals are going to be similar to last weeks.
1. Ride the stationary bike 2x
2. Do an upper body workout 1x
3. Do a pilates workout 1x
4. Meet 500 calorie deficit 6x
5. Brush teeth after dinner or choose only tea
On to some other news, I've been having a terrible problem with my foot. I thought it was plantar fasciitis; I don't know that it is. The pain is literally on the outside of my foot right under my baby toe and it hurts so bad that I can hardly walk even though I don't have a choice there. Isn't plantar fasciitis the ball and arch? If so, then that is not what I have. Could it be a stress fracture? Geez, I hope not. EEEEK!
