TUESDAY TODAY....ALL DAY...LOL

Last night with our friends was awesome...I SOOO enjoyed it....
Home made Foccasia bread with pumpkin soup...yum....nice wine and ngreat company....it was a superb evening....

It is a horrble day here today weatherwise....drizzling and grey and not at alol warm...have put the fire on....

Am having a chill time today however am planning to go to the gym this afternoon...I haven't been to the gym since September so need to get my butt back there even if I only do 30 mins on the treadmill it is at least something....
I am kinda back on track...well the scales went down a little this morning so hoping for another few hundred grams off by tomorrow before WW WI...
Ther is 6 weeks till Christmas so I want to get back to and below my goal by the week before so have a bout 4kgs I would like to shed by then....
I am picking it is doable......

    Can you believe how fast this year has gone?! It's amazing to know that it's only 6 weeks until Christmas. I'd love to get down a few pounds before then but I think I'll need to add strength training to everything else to reach that.
    Our weather was icky here in Omaha, NE, too. Only about 19 degrees F right now (feels like 7 degrees F) and pretty windy, too. Great for a fire but I'm at work!
