30 Day Challenges

I decided to kick start my exercise again by doing a couple of 30 Day Challenges!

I chose the Plank and Squat challenge.

Time to work on my core and my legs!

  Some of the challenges are fun. I did a 30 day squat challenge, but they went up to 300 squats and that just hurt my knees doing that many in one day, no matter how I spread it out. Some of them are exceptionally useful though.

    You go, guy! I wussed out on my spring plank challenge but challenges are fun, how ever far you get. I think doing a few a year is good for my motivation.
Might do another plank challenge once I finish my blog challenge.

    Well done. Squats and planks are something I cannot do with my arthritis so I'll give these the go-by. Hope you do well on your challenges.

    ii am doing my fit for fall challenge. i may modify it for december, but i agree that a 30 day challenge keeps me modivated. the posting on my status is helpful.

    This granny has weak wrists so planks are out but I do have great flexibility and love to do squats. I hope it really gets you ready for your running. Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    As you know I am doing the plank challenge right now too. I'm not crazy about it to be honest. I am sticking with it to build the habit but I will start again when I am done, with a few changes. Less time...but with sets. Slowly adding time of course but I feel like for me, I'm getting much from this challenge except for building the habit. I LOVED the squat challenge I did. Not sure if it's the same but that one was awesome!
