My husband and I have booked a beach vacation in Mexico from December 15-22nd and for the first time, I want to feel confident and comfortable in a bathing suit. I also want to participate in all of the activities and not feel tired like I have in the past. So, I'm going for it for the next 30 days. I'm doing Leslie Sansone's Walk it off in 30 days, which is 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training every week. The strength training is at a much higher level than her previous dvd's and it feels good to challenge myself. I'm finally able to get down on the floor for mat work after my knee surgery, so that's a step forward in itself. I still can't believe I've finally found some exercise that I don't hate, and actually quite enjoy!
