Taming your sweet tooth challenge - Week 2; Day 5

I am so bitterly angry this morning.
Per usual took the weekend to "go back to normal" with my eating habits -- not thinking too much about what I would eat.
I didn't binge myself silly by any stretch. Had some ice cream for dessert saturday night, some chocolate yesterday and pretty standard lunches and dinners...
This morning, LITERALLY 3.2 pounds heavier than Friday. How the h*ll is that even possible?
I'm sorry to bring the negativity today, but seriously what is the point of this if 2.5 days of less than militantly observant eating essentially undid an entire week of discipline.
