Tame Your Sweet Tooth

This has helped me find solutions to cut way back on sugar. I don't plan on cutting it out of my life completely but I have a good plan to go forward with.

I will have 2 pieces of Hershey nuggets dark chocolate with almonds every day except Sunday. One piece after dinner and one piece later in the evening. On Sunday I will have a piece of dessert with the family.

It is good to find out what works for me.

    Love it! A planned, portion-controlled snack is SO MUCH BETTER than mindless snacking "while I figure out what I want to eat!"

    sounds great, but I really can't stop with just one, so I try to stay away from it, because when I start, I do over indulge. emoticon

    That chocolate is good for your health. The Heart Hospital I go to serves a piece of Dove chocolate with dinner. A group of cardiologists own 50% of the hospital and they oversee the menu. The food is good and healthy and boy is that chocolate a treat!
