This has helped me find solutions to cut way back on sugar. I don't plan on cutting it out of my life completely but I have a good plan to go forward with.
I will have 2 pieces of Hershey nuggets dark chocolate with almonds every day except Sunday. One piece after dinner and one piece later in the evening. On Sunday I will have a piece of dessert with the family.
It is good to find out what works for me.
