Ok, the first 5 pounds pretty much melted off. And now I am stuck. I expected to get stuck but not after only 5 pounds! I have been getting in at least 10,000 steps everyday. And I have been eating well. I track as well as I can. Breakfast and lunch is easy. I weigh and measure and track. Dinners are more difficult if I make something complicated. Ok, ok I know I am getting too much fat. But it's the good fats! Sigh.
Just got to hang in there.
