Ok, the first 5 pounds pretty much melted off. And now I am stuck. I expected to get stuck but not after only 5 pounds! I have been getting in at least 10,000 steps everyday. And I have been eating well. I track as well as I can. Breakfast and lunch is easy. I weigh and measure and track. Dinners are more difficult if I make something complicated. Ok, ok I know I am getting too much fat. But it's the good fats! Sigh.
Just got to hang in there.

    It can be frustrating at times, especially when you feel that you are doing as much as you can. Keep going and keep learning. You find how to get it moving again. We believe in you!

    It can feel slow going at times, you just need to make sure you are tracking everything and exercising. Can you add more veggies or fruits to your dinner to hep cut back on the fat?

Be nice to yourself! 5 lbs is a great accomplishment!
