Every single one of us feels and knows fear in their life times. We need to be strong to stand in the face of it. We cannot let our fears get the better of us.
Fear causes us to hide from the world , to diminish our capacity , and to not try hard enough.
To lose weight we have to stand fear down. We have to try new things we never tried. We have to show up in front of people and put our best smile on. We have to risk the chance of failing and then trying again and again.
Don't let the fear of a new exercise class get you down. Stand fear in the face. Be secure in the knowledge that everyone falters . Know that everyone was new once.
You can't be all you were meant to be hiding from life in a corner. Be courageous and brave and you will be healthier.
