My own fault !!

Hopped on the scales this morning to find i had stayed the same weight. My first thought was dissapointment then, when i thought about it sensibly, no i hadnt been as consistant as last week. the bread consumption had crept up again and while still within my calorie range isnt the healthiest choice. So this week I,m pulling up my sock,s (as we English say)! and I will try to make better choices. Onwards and downwards (Hopefully) !!! emoticon

Don't think of a maintain as a failure -- it's really very good. Staying the same is a wonderful opportunity to learn moderation.

But if ya want to lose, you are right -- you need to do a tad more! emoticon

    This is why I weigh in daily. Not only is it a habit for me, but it keeps those numbers close at hand so I don't forget.

    The bread consumption - I know about that one and tomorrow I'm going to work on 6 serving of bread/grains or spuds....and stop at 6!

    I need to do the same thing I have been so slacking and I need to get myself to do more active and eat healthy
