Hopped on the scales this morning to find i had stayed the same weight. My first thought was dissapointment then, when i thought about it sensibly, no i hadnt been as consistant as last week. the bread consumption had crept up again and while still within my calorie range isnt the healthiest choice. So this week I,m pulling up my sock,s (as we English say)! and I will try to make better choices. Onwards and downwards (Hopefully) !!!
