My Plan For The Week

I have not been motivated lately and it is taking its toll~on the scale and in how I feel. It's time to get out of denial and realize that I have to make healthy choices every day or I will end up where I started and never get to my goal. With that in mind, I finally planned a menu for the week and went grocery shopping. I spent quite a bit of time prepping veggies and have dinner ready to go for tomorrow. I have decided that I am going to try to blog a little more to keep myself accountable. Here is my plan for the week:

1. Do a workout in the morning before work

2. Drink 8 glasses water

3. 5,000 steps daily (at least)

4. Track food

I know these seem basic, but that's where I'm at. I will blog at the end of the day to check in with how I did.
