I'm not gone, just had a minor set back- but I'm back!

I blew out my back and strained a muscle in my abdomen area. After 3 days I had to go to the doctor because the pain was so bad all I wanted to do was sleep. I have been laying very low and the pain now is mostly gone! Really don't want to push myself and risk injuring it again. Hoping to start exercising again mid-week, realllyyyyy could use the exercise. I feel like every time I start doing well with diet and exercise, some sort of illness or injury happens and sidetracks me for a while. I know that once this is all healed up, I'll be back at it. I suppose that even though I get sick or injured, all that matters is I keep my goal in mind and get back to the healthy rhythm as soon as I can! :)
