Hmmm. Can I do this? I used to be able to do a 3 minute plank-- I'm very curious -- can I do a 5-minute plank by day 30? There's only one way to find out. I'm in!!

Planking is so good for your core & that's where I need some work these days.

Anybody want to join me ?!?!?!?!?!?! Starting tomorrow......
