11. How often do you participate in physical activity and for how long each time? Are you satisfied with that?
I teach water exercise at two different pools--well, 3 if you count health club pools in 2 locations. So I am locked in to at least 4 hours of exercise each week, but with trades and substitutions it us usually 5 and as much as 7 hours. And then there's my own workouts--at least an hour in the water and a half hour of Ai Chi per week. Currently not doing much on land, but after the first of the year I will start strength training with free weights and regular walks as weather permits, working toward the Grand Canyon trip. I'm pretty satisfied with my exercise quantity and quality.
