Week In Review...

I finished my Fall cleaning today. I am very detailed as I go along. I find it destressing and love the result when I am done. My husband and I are the only ones living here at the moment so it should be relatively easy to maintain.
Hard to believe but in two weeks I will be taking all the Fall decorations down and putting up all of my winter (mainly snowmen) up. Yes, I am one that changes EVERYTHING as each season passes - including all pictures, carpets, couch blankets and pillows, etc... It takes me one full day to do it. Right now orange has filled my house. I find the brightness uplifting during these short, dark days.
I stayed on track last week and lost 2.5 lbs. I seem to be losing .5 lb per day. I am averaging 1200 cals per day. Saturday night's dinner is my "splurge" night. (my husband and I go out to dinner). I average 1550 calories on Saturday so it doesn't seem to be affecting my weight loss. I also get a lot more exercise minutes on the weekend.
Yesterday I got out to the mall. I hadn't been since last Christmas. They are doing a ton of road construction around it and it is such a chore to get up there. I walked around and tried to get some Christmas ideas for my family. I didn't really see anything. I did treat myself to a Greek salad at Saladworks and a sugar/fat free TCBY yogurt.
Last week I spent many hours at work - this week I am going to try to cut back. I am also going to run at least twice this week during my lunch break. The weather is supposed to stay nice here through Wednesday.
So, that is about it. I hope you have a great week!
