9. What supports do you need in your life to help you reach your short- or medium-term goal or challenge? Do you have those supports? What undermines you in reaching your goals? How do you use those supports to your advantage? How do you work around those things that undermine you?
Really, I have all the supports I need. I'm in charge of the food in my household; I have the time, place, and skills to exercise. The only undermining is done by me to my own self when I ignore or set aside my goals. This web site is a big support--providing accountability, an audience, and infinite patience with my creeping progress. There's no working around the way I undermine myself. It's a matter of honest self-talk and rededication when things go awry. That and Never Giving Up.
