a good day

A pretty good day today. I've made some good choices. Now to plan ahead for next week, maybe fish with veggies a couple nights for dinner, salads, oatmeal and strawberries for breakfast, lima beans and half sandwich for lunch a couple days. I'm just about out of my protein powder for smoothies, so i'll likely only have that once this week.
