Finding the breaking point:) There comes a time when one must say enough. Today is that day.
I am not one to shy away from a challenge.
I am struggling this time around because I know the last time I did this challenge, all I thought about was sugar by the end. I do not want this to happen again. I am not sure why it happened at all. I did not "cheat" at all.
This time I am slow to start.
*Nutrition goal almost met.
*Rest day from the gym.
*Sleeping goal met:)
Hopefully tomorrow is better! Looking forward to going to the gym and training three clients:)
