Fall Fitness Challenge Results and Feeling Proud

Totally forgot to update with a blog the results of the Fall Fitness Challenge my team 'Just Do It'.
It was a 9 week challenge which I started off with a bang in September, hanging on in October but pulled through at the end. I haven't done a team challenge as long as this one since I was on the BLC teams.
My goal was to lose 8lbs and I'm happy to say I LOST 10.4 lbs.
I did a dietbet game during the challenge and am finishing up a second one on Tuesday. Those games really help too to stay accountable. I may do another one because I am really want to see the 130's. My body just doesn't want to leave the 140's. For my height 5' 1" that's too high and my blood pressure has been creeping up so I gotta push HARD now and
My kids deserve a healthy mom and I'm the sole financial provider at this time.
I have gained 20 lbs since 2 years ago, but I have kept off 30lbs off since. I lost almost 50lbs in 2010. I get angry at myself at times for yo-yo'ing and not reaching my goal weight (story of my life but that's another blog/story).
I have to remember, and we all have to remember, as I wrote on my intro of my sparkpage to be PROUD of all our accomplishments big or small, and not beat yourself up. I've maintained 30lbs off for 2 years!!
