I have come back time and time again. I can see that Sparkpeople works. I need support so here I am. Looked in the Michigan Spark Team. Maybe I can find someone close there. I'm in the St. Charles- Merrill area. I'm not sure what I need. Procrastination to go away. Maybe accountability. I started going to a personal trainer almost three months ago 1x a week. He gives me the stuff to do but.... See that is where I let it drop. I have been keeping a food diary. That has helped. What next? I'm not sure. Today is a new day. I have to do it for myself I know but it is hard. All good things come from hard work. So I will just do it.

    Set some small goals that you can meet, e.g., 10 min of cardio daily, 8 glasses of water daily. Meet those for a while then add either longer times or additional types of goals. You may be trying to do too much at once.
