This week was better than the last. I think I walked every day but one. I'm aiming at maybe one more week of walking before starting a Couch to 5K program. I will also join a fitness center membership through insurance on Friday. I'm traveling during the early part of the week, so I want to get started with a membership when I can start to use it.
This week will be a challenge, in that I will be traveling for a series of meetings. A couple of danger spots, it is hard to motivate to work out after a long day of travel and meetings. I'll be with a good group of people who will want to have some worthwhile dining (and yes, drinking) experiences. I'm pretty confident that I can order properly and pace myself well with the food. Just worried about the whole package (diet/fitness) working together.
Didn't lose big weight this week, but I actually feel noticeably well.
