Today's challenge is to use my own body weight for my next workout.

I envision planking, jumping jacks, sit ups, and a hike today!

Enjoy your day!

PS I got 7 miles in, 100 second plank, 30 jumping jacks, & 60 crunches in a minute. I couldn't of done that a year ago.
