Well, I guess I just have to say that life gets in my way of exercise. I hate others to watch me when I exercise so if others are around then I won't do it. I procrastinate very much and soon it's bed time. I'm just bad. I need to set a time and do it then without fail.

    I started with 30 minutes 3 times a week. I hated every minute! You will get to where it makes you feel so much better that you want to do it! I now do 1 hour 3 times a week. You can just do videos from sparkpeople at home. I know it is hard to find the motivation but I made myself. I would try to do it early in the week to "get it out of the way"! I also found switching to the plan that gives me more calories when I exercised worked well too. It made it so I could eat more on the days I did the exercise. I like to eat so it worked great.

    Just remember that YOU ARE WORTH IT!!! I live a 45-60 minutes away from any gym so I just do mine at home too. I usually go to our basement where I have the treadmill and pads on the tile floor. Turn on my music and have at it. I do have my recumbent bike in our sun porch just off the living room. I can ride it there while checking out the neightborhood. LOL!!!!
    No one cares what you are doing. Just do what you need to do for your own health.

    Agree with LJCANNON about no one watching you, they are too focused on themselves to be focused on anyone else. So just go to it and just keep going on the exercise.

    Thank you so much. It does help in a way. I only exercise at home because I live in the boonies, but I still have hubby who makes "remarks". Not bad ones, just inappropriate ones for when I'm working out. I'm going to get back on track tomorrow. I hope!

    emoticon I totally understand Not Wanting others to see you Exercise. It doesn't help much that Truthfully, No One is actually watching You. They are Too Focused on Their Own Workout.
    emoticon Just lock yourself in the Bedroom or Bathroom and do your Exercise Consistently. After awhile -- if you want to go to a Gym -- you will be able to find a Slow Time at the Gym when you can get your Workout in. Just keep reminding yourself that No One Really is interested in Your Workout. That is The Truth!
