If you read my last blog post, you know that i am a college student with a busy schedule. Whether I am studying, in class, or working, i am always doing SOMETHING. Because of this i have been burning out a lot lately. SO last night i decided to take a break from my studies and took a night to myself. (I even did my nails!) I went to bed early too so i got 10+ hours a sleep. How great that feels! I am so recharged now, and I'm ready to tackle my goals for the day health wise and studying wise.
Basically the point of this blog is that sometimes it is really important to take a day to rest. It makes you so much more charged up for the next day
