Great Blogger I Have to Share With You

I've been meaning to share with you this blogger I've been following, 'Fit to Finish.' She has lost 150lbs and has kept it off for 15 years!! emoticon Her blogs are excellent and very insightful. Many of her blog posts deal mainly with the emotional, behavior modification aspect of weight loss and weight maintenance. We know that this is the most difficult part of losing weight, in addition to diet and exercise. At least for me this is true. I've been yo-yo dieting since the age of 15 and now I'm 47 years old and still haven't figured it out. She definitely has helped me this past year to encourage me and see things differently.

I really enjoyed this blog she wrote this past week. It's titled, 'What to Do If You Think About Food All the Time,' it's so true what she discusses and I loved her advice.

    Thanks so much for sharing Fit to the Finish's blog! She is truly inspiring! I wish she was on SparkPeople. LOL. I just subscribed to her blog. I don't have 100-150 lbs to loose, only 50 lbs., but that 50 lbs is like a ton to me. In reading her blog I found a good thing to do. Create your maintenance plan NOW! What a great idea. Look at her maintenance section for her blog on why it's an important thing to do way before you hit maintenance.
