I've been meaning to share with you this blogger I've been following, 'Fit to Finish.' She has lost 150lbs and has kept it off for 15 years!!
Her blogs are excellent and very insightful. Many of her blog posts deal mainly with the emotional, behavior modification aspect of weight loss and weight maintenance. We know that this is the most difficult part of losing weight, in addition to diet and exercise. At least for me this is true. I've been yo-yo dieting since the age of 15 and now I'm 47 years old and still haven't figured it out. She definitely has helped me this past year to encourage me and see things differently.
I really enjoyed this blog she wrote this past week. It's titled, 'What to Do If You Think About Food All the Time,' it's so true what she discusses and I loved her advice.
