Well, kind of. Day 6 of the Shred today. It's starting to beat me up a little bit, lol. But I made it through. Scheduled rest day tomorrow to give my poor muscles a little bit of time to remember what they're supposed to be doing on a regular basis. But first week is done.
Also day 21 of Bootcamp. Only 7 more days to go. Whee! And looking forward to the yoga challenge to replace that.
Cardio today was supposed to be the jog from yesterday (which turned into a dance session instead) but I think all the jumping from the Shred made my legs want something with less impact. Hopped on the bike for 20 min instead and worked up a good sweat that way. Haven't posted distance pics for the run/bike/walk across America so

Progress has slowed down since I started the Shred because I'm afraid of overtraining, but slow and steady does it.
Then worked a little bit on that choreography I'm learning. I think I've got the dance down so this makes me happy.
In other news, my fiance finished his 30 day Ab challenge today. Last day was 120 situps, 200 crunches, 65 leg lifts and a 2 min plank. He's looking mighty yum. And he's happy he's done. He's looking around for a new challenge because he's lost 6 lbs since he started as well. Again, he doesn't have much to lose at all, but he's feeling fitter so it's awesome.
