I lost 3 lbs! But, only problem is that I am currently on my period and it's probably not a good time to weigh myself. I have been in a ton of pain today from it and all sorts of bloated so I hope that when it's done, I'll have more accurate numbers. Not going to let it get to me though. Going to try like exercise tomorrow and I'm curbing those horrible SWEET CRAVINGS with good ol' dark chocolate almond milk. I always get cravings for sweets when it's 'that time', so I am finding ways to help with that so I don't go binge on the box of whoppers I have stashed in a drawer.
I am still amazed to see a 3 lbs loss on my first week. I know the ideal is 1-2 lbs a week but since I just really started my journey again, I expect the weight to come off a bit more the first couple weeks and then I might hit a plateau. But who knows what will happen that far. I sure don't so I am not going to get discouraged even if I somehow gain a pound or two back according to the scale. Could be muscle! Never know. It's not going to stop me from pushing forward and it's definitely not going to make me give up. I, of course, hope I don't gain any weight back, but it's bound to fluctuate and I only weigh on a weekly basis so we will see!
I hope everyone has had an AWESOME day and took one more step to reaching your goals just like I have! And for those who are having a hard time, just remember that you are only human. If you take one step back today, take two steps forward tomorrow. Never give up!
