My husband and I leisured a little this morning. Finally, we got ready to go to the Annual Cherokee Trail Festival. I am so interested in the Cherokee. My great grandmother was a Cherokee American Indian. She was always so interesting to me. Her life was sad. The festival was fun. I love the Pow Wow. There was actually 9 Indian Nations represented. The costumes and dances were beautiful. We came home and had a nice dinner. I had it prepared ahead to make it easy for us when we got home. I worked on my Spark Page for a while. Hubbie was watch two football games. LOL One was West Virginia and Texas. We are originally from West Virginia. I decided to take our dog walking with me, while my husband watched his games. We walked for 80 minutes. My feet blistered again.
It is back to taping gauze on the bottoms of my feet. I used Body glide, but it just isn't enough. I had been slacking some in the amount of time I have been putting into my exercise and took two days off from exercising as well. It showed on the scale. I didn't lose anything. The scale were where they were last week. I need to knock off the short exercise sessions. I need to get back to putting some ump in my exercise time and do more of it. I read when we are struggling or slacking we should talk it out with someone. So here I am talking it out with you, my Spark Community. So give me the old kick in the pants I need. I am exercising, just not enough and not hard enough. You can't burn enough calories like that. I am ready to listen, guys.
