I have kept up walking 1 to 2 hours a day even as the weather has gotten colder and wetter. And I have remained constant keeping my calories around 1500. It has paid off. I'm losing about 2 lb a month now. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm down 54 lb since Jan. of this year. YAY!!!
