Some good, some bad

Well, here I am again.

How am I doing? Not bad. I've been making some smart choices and some dumb choices. No yummy muffins yesterday, but an overdose on frozen yoghurt. Got my heart rate pumping more than usual due to lots of snow and unplowed sidewalks. But bought some crap at the grocery store. All in all, could be better, could be worse. And I got myself a nice pair of mukluks to replace my worn out winter boots. :D Black with purple beadwork.

I'm wondering how to change my internal tapes to think positive and not negative. I know self-talk and how my body and mind interact are key, but as hard as I try, I can't seem to reset the tape.

AN interesting thing...I was reading "The Thyroid Diet Revolution", and one of the weight loss programmes that she recommended was SparkPeople!

There is a book that has helped me very much, it is called Brain Over Binge by Kathryn Hansen. Let me know what you think of it!

    If you learn how to reset the tape from negative to positive, please let me know. Not only do I have the negative tape running, it seems to be stuck on a bad loop.
