Taking A Mental Health Break

College is stressful beyond belief. I'm paying for it all by myself, and i am aiming for a 4.0, so i am constantly doing something other than relaxing. I feel like i never get time to just lay down and breathe. SO tonight i am doing just that. I think this time to myself tonight will make me feel refreshed and charged to get ready for tomorrows busy today. yes, i am setting myself up for having to do MORE stuff tomorrow, but i think it will be worth it to have a break to destress.
