Exercise Goals

Walking the dogs is a good time to think when you are walking two dogs on the road. I think I have come up with a new fitness goal plan for the holiday season. It looks like this.

Tuesday- Elliptical
Wednesnday -Bike to Work and/or Zumba
Thursday- Elliptical
Friday- rest or yoga
Saturday- Dog walk or Elliptical
Sunday- Dog walk or rest

There is room for some changes because where I stay on the weekends. I mean ultimately I would like to have a fitness partner so that I can do some exercise classes or start training for 5ks.

    It's good that you are making a plan and if you can follow it that's great, but remember that if for some reason you can't do those things then that doesn't mean you have to be totally inactive all day. Whatever you do just get up and get moving! I hope you are having a great weekend!

    the main thing is to incorporate SOME form of physical activity everyday. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you are doing something. It is a good idea to plan though. "Fail to plan then plan to fail." Good luck with your goals!
