I'm back after a long, long absence. I need some workout buddies and motivational articles and words of encouragement from others. I really don't have a lot of weight to lose it is just keeping healthy habits and avoiding sugary junk foods when I am stressed! I have a pretty hectic life being almost 40 and raising a 2 and a 4 year old. Working full time in a demanding job, spending quality time with the kiddos and my husband, and taking care of my household responsibilities as best I can is tough. I need to live a healthy lifestyle for more energy and an optimum quality of life!
