Hi everyone!

It's been nine days, and so far, I've been successful with my plan to cut out ice cream and potato chips. There's been a few rough, stressful days where that was LITERALLY ALL I WANTED IN THE WORLD but I pushed past and came out unscathed. I even managed to make a shopping trip to Target without caving and throwing those two foods in with the rest of my purchases! I'm planning a shopping trip to Whole Foods later on today; please wish me luck!

I've not been running as much as the weather turns colder, but I went for one today because I'm still getting familiar with my new Spark Tracker thingy. I thought it wasn't registering my runs as workouts (they're usually at least 20 minutes long), but it seems that it syncs once to register the number of steps I took, and then about 15 minutes later it syncs again and registers the same activity as a workout, and converts the previous data to reflect that. WEIRD, but as long as it's tracking, that's good, I suppose.
