Well, I joined the Spark Coach Feature and I do love it. It is helping me quite a bit. The assignment for today in community is to write about the biggest obstacles to exercising and having a plan for what I am going to do about it.
So, the biggest obstacle is time. Seems like there is always so much going on. If I don't get up early, and exercise first thing, I never get to it. My favorite exercise is work out videos and of course walking the dogs. And, within 2 min of starting the video, I am so glad I am doing it. Its just getting that forward momentum going. So, my plan is to make it as easy as possible.
1) Get to bed at a decent hour. 9:30pm, 10 at the latest.
2) Have exercise clothes, (not to mention my clothes ready for work) ready the evening before.
3) Lift my head up off the pillow when the alarm goes off. Just lifting my head up will alert my 3 dogs who sleep with me, and there is no going back to sleep once they wake up.
Sounds like a plan. We'll see how it works.
