Yes, at almost 32 years old, I have hip trouble. I'm not a doctor so I can't diagnose myself, nor do I have enough knowledge to be able to! Just talking about certain medical things makes me queasy!
When I swing my legs sideways from the hip, there is a popping noise, and I can feel it too. It's not usually painful, though sometimes it is, but it is definitely uncomfortable. I was really hoping that continuing to do exercises that used that motion would help it out, but so far, nothing has changed.
I suppose I will just have to find different exercises that develop the same muscles, but without causing the discomfort. Research time!
