Booty Call

I know what you're thinking, but that's not what I'm thinking about. The Tone It Up program created by Katrina and Karina have introduced "Booty Call" as a early morning cardio. The principle behind this is that you get up 30 mins earlier and get your cardio in. I love this idea because i dread getting cardio done. If i do it first thing in the morning, than i have less time to tell myself not to do it.
Doing cardio in the am gives my day a kickstart. It works kinda like a reminder too. If i get my cardio done in the morning then it reminds me to eat healthy for the rest of the day.

there are so many cardio options too! Here are some of the options i choose for my booty call: walking, running, yoga, bike riding, workout dvds, online cardio workouts.

Today we have a college football game, so i'm excited for that. Off to eat my breakfast!
