Just a quick update

Day 5 of the Shred. Woo. Very tiring though because I didn't sleep well last night. Kept waking up startled because of things falling on the neighbor's roofs because of really strong wind. Muscled through somehow and I'm not complaining. Also day 20 of Bootcamp so did a 7-min arms workout as well.
Cardio today was supposed to be a jog but weather was pretty bad out because of a mean storm system passing through so decided to stay safe inside and danced instead. I also came across a choreography I've always wanted to learn so I spent a lot of extra time learning that and got a surprising workout from that as well.
I guess that's kind of it for the day. Have a good weekend, everyone :)
