Today was a long day in a stretch of long weeks. I'm plugging along. Did my 30 minutes of kickboxing, but not my bootcamp video. I actually did yesterday's and today's yesterday, so I made excuses and never did it today. Got a bit more water in today. Ate okay...more candy than I should have...can't seem to find what will satisfy. Something is missing from my diet, just haven't figured out what yet.

I had a wrench thrown in my running plans for this weekend. It turns out I'll only be able to run tomorrow and not Sunday...well, maybe a short run Sunday, but not the trail race I wanted to do. Going to make the best of it though and enjoy my three day weekend.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-10 mile race and boot camp video
-eat consciously and track
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 11
