Hi we got by with no snow so far...

Did the usual chores and then went to town for mail and to drop off a car load of recycling..nice load out of my house..feels lighter already...hopefully I'll be lighter at tomorrow's weigh in for the 5% challenge..

It is hard to believe the 8 week challenge is half over already!! Next week we are focusing on getting enough sleep and that is usually very easy for me, except during calving when we take turns getting up in the night (every 2 hours if it's cold) that won't start until mid February.....

When I tracked my food I was way over in my sodium so looked up the homemade bean and they label that with over 1000 mil of sodium even tho I don't add salt to mine..just a bit of I really didn't go over..I didn't bother entering the real nutrition facts for my you guys change up recipes or just look at the days amounts and know you were in line?

Well I've been doing more sorting and have a stack of old scrapbook magazines to go through and then toss them in the recycle I should get back to that....

    yes I have three cups of green tea a day love it. Just found some Jim beam and honey to add to it when I am sick . logging in whole recipes is a pain . I usually try to find something close . I am lazy that way that way I have time for a longer walk. Hope you get your sleep in . That is my big goal too. have a great sunday

    I enter my recipes....or do a makeover on ones I find on Spark if I substitute ingredients. Many of my old standbys were able to be leaned out to where I can still enjoy them, just in a healthier version! I truly love, love, love the recipe calculator!

    Yes, I will enjoy a cup of tea with you. I enter many of my recipes myself because I usually find that I tweak my own recipes enough that they have better statistics than premade stuff. Sometimes if you do a recipe search within sparkpeople you can find one similar enough to use it for nutrition facts. Now you have made me hungry for ham and beans along with my tea. emoticon
