Spin 30 minutes
SWEAT-lots of legs today:) Deadifted 125x5 and used 40lb sandbells on the burpees:)
Abs and overhead presses
*8 hours of sleep
*I did eat a few muffins when I got home which had honey and mini Enjoy Life choc. chips. So not a "sticker" day but a good day overall:)

1944.10 miles for the year!
Looking forward to training a client, working at the Y, watching PSU and relaxing tomorrow:)

    emoticon Went for a walk outside despite the cold and mist, my daughter came along! emoticon (not running - I have to have a rest day in between training if I want to recover with injury) 8300 steps so far....
