Spin 30 minutes
SWEAT-lots of legs today:) Deadifted 125x5 and used 40lb sandbells on the burpees:)
Abs and overhead presses
*8 hours of sleep
*I did eat a few muffins when I got home which had honey and mini Enjoy Life choc. chips. So not a "sticker" day but a good day overall:)

Looking forward to training a client, working at the Y, watching PSU and relaxing tomorrow:)
