Finished 2.2 miles
walking with random longer running intervals

pace: unknown

Watch battery died. The urge to stare at my wrist was strong! Very strange NOT knowing exact start and finish times.

Watches are fast becoming quaint. In another generation or less, they will be footnotes of history, along with (oh I don't know) Conestoga Wagons.

I can relate to that feeling I can't get my sports watch to change back to Standard time. our race walk is coming fast. back to training tomorrow took today off as my rest day.

OH my. That would have frustrated me too! I always have spare batteries for my pedometer. Of course it is a medical/electronic device battery, so the primary purpose for them for me is to have a battery back up for my glucometer, too.

HUGS and here's to a good weekend.
