So glad that this week is over at work. DD and I went cruising on errands after work. I picked up my new glasses, they fit perfectly. Went grocery shopping and stopped at dad's house to drop off more sale things and check mousetraps. NO corpses, but the bait has been nibbled. I sure hope for all the bait they gorged themselves on, they made a beeline for outdoors before they stopped, spun around and died!! No need for ME to find their furry little corpses lying around..ewwww..

I told DD that I was glad to be home, but always VERY blessed and happy that when I battle the icy, snowy roads to get home from a long, hard day at work, I have a home to welcome me, all mine and paid for.. It was a long time coming and I earned it, BUT so have others and they have not been so fortunate. Things happen...
I am so grateful for this and whatever I have in it..
she made the big switch form regular bed linens to flannel sheets on my bed yesterday and I am really grateful for them!! I enjoy the little pleasures in life,, flannel sheets, flowers in my yard, my berries, phone calls from people just asking me how I am.(those come about once a year or less, but I still appreciate them)
